TERMS OF PAYMENT AND DELIVERY<\/span><\/h1>\n

1. Prices and terms of payment<\/span><\/p>\n

1.1 The indicated prices of the seller are final prices and include the German statutory sales tax.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.2 If applicable, additional delivery and shipping costs are specified separately in the respective product presentation in the offer.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.3 For deliveries within Germany, the seller offers the following payment options, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer:<\/span><\/p>\n

Bank transfer<\/span>
\nPayPal<\/span>
\nSofort\u00fcberweisung (via Sofort AG)<\/span>
\nCredit card<\/span>
\nIf you choose the payment method transfer we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.4 If additional shipping abroad is offered for the respective article, the customer has the following payment options for deliveries abroad, unless otherwise stated in the respective product presentation in the offer:<\/span><\/p>\n

\nFor deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may be incurred in individual cases, which the seller is not responsible for and which must be borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs of transferring money by credit institutions (for example, transfer fees, exchange rate charges) or import duties or taxes (for example, customs duties). 1.5 If payment method cash in advance has been agreed, the payment is due immediately after conclusion of the contract. When paying by PayPal and Sofort\u00fcberweisung is the deduction of the invoice amount immediately after pressing the button \u201corder to pay\u201d at the end of the ordering process.<\/span><\/p>\n

1.6 The goods remain our property until full payment. Before the transfer of ownership, a pledge, transfer, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.<\/span><\/p>\n

\nWith this payment method, the buyer makes a down payment i.H.v. 10% of the total amount by bank transfer, Sofort\u00fcberweisung or PayPal. As soon as the production process of the ordered eFatbikes has been completed, the buyer will receive an e-mail requesting the transfer of the balance. The balance must be paid within 10 days of the notification.<\/span>
\nShould the buyer for any reason withdraw from the contract of sale, the entire deposit will be retained.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Delivery and shipping conditions<\/span><\/p>\n

2.1 The delivery of goods is made regularly on the shipping route and to the delivery address specified by the customer. When processing the transaction, the delivery address specified in the purchase transaction of the seller is decisive. Notwithstanding this, when selecting the payment method PayPal, the delivery address specified by the customer at the time of payment at PayPal shall prevail.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.2 The delivery takes place in the following countries with the shipping service provider Rhenus:<\/span><\/p>\n

Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Czech Republic, England, Austria, Luxembourg, Switzerland<\/span><\/p>\n

2.3 The seller offers the following delivery methods: Shipping fee. Other delivery methods only on individual demand. Other delivery methods are subject to additional costs to be borne by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>\n

Netherlands: 139 \u20ac incl. VAT. | 19,90 \u20ac incl. VAT<\/span><\/p>\n

Poland: 139 \u20ac incl. VAT. | 19,90 \u20ac incl. VAT<\/span><\/p>\n

Switzerland: 250 \u20ac excl. VAT | 39,90 \u20ac excl. VAT<\/span><\/p>\n

2.5 The delivery time for goods in stock is 3 – 7 working days within Germany. In EU countries the delivery time is 5-14 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

Countries outside the EU are supplied within 7-20 working days.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.6 If not all ordered products are in stock, we are entitled to partial deliveries at our expense.<\/span><\/p>\n

2.7 Should the delivery of the goods fail due to the fault of the buyer in spite of three delivery attempts, we can withdraw from the contract. The resulting delivery costs shall be borne by the buyer. Possibly. Payments made will be reimbursed less the delivery costs incurred.<\/span><\/p>\n
